Chef Hines takes the lead on this class in the demo kitchen.  The evening will feature some hearty and heart-healthy fish recipes to warm you on those cool fall nights.  Recipes include Classic Crab Cakes with Dill Remoulade, Bubble and Squeak, Thai Yellow Curried Halibut with Potatoes and Long Beans, and Sweet Potato and Banana Empanadas with Spicy Hot Chocolate.
