Join Chef Hines as he welcomes local butcher extraordinaire Rob Brady from Brady’s Meat & Deli back to the kitchen.  In preparation for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, Rob and Derek will talk turkey, and offer some creative updates to some favourite holiday classics.  Recipes include Curried Pumpkin Soup, How to Brine a Turkey (and roast the most tender bird ever), Wild Rice and Walnut Stuffing, and a local Apple and Aged Cheddar Tart Tatin.
