Corey Jardine, from T&J Seafood, takes one of the most versatile shellfish to new heights. Along with Donna-Marie, they will cook numerous mussel dishes including Appetizer Mussels with Saffron Aioli, Gazpacho with Shrimp & Mussels, Barrel’s Famous Monteiro Mussels (Corey’s favourite) and Red Thai Curry Mussels.
