The Spirit of Satchmo lives on in the Household Kitchen with a New Orleans inspired meal brought to us by Chef Derek Hines. Enjoy the flavours of the French Quarter with recipes such as Smoked Oyster Po'Boy, Seafood Gumbo, Spicy Shrimp with Andouille Sausage on Grits and Bananas Foster. We will even be serenaded with a little "jazz" from the smooth, velvety voice of our singing chef!
